Moniy (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the Moniy mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how.

1. Summary

Moniy is a local-first journal and puzzle app. Your daily entries are stored on your device. We do not require an account to use the App. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we process

a) Information you create in the App (stored on your device)

When you use Moniy, you may create content such as:

• Daily sentences / journal text
• Puzzle piece selections, rotations, and related metadata
• Icons and drawings you add
• App preferences (for example language, display, and sensory settings)
• Streak / statistics derived from your entries

This content is stored locally on your device (and, where applicable, in an App Group used for the Moniy Home Screen widget on iOS).

We do not operate a Moniy cloud account that syncs your journal by default.

b) Purchases (Moniy Pro)

If you buy a subscription or lifetime unlock, payment is processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We only receive enough information from the store to unlock and restore your purchase (for example entitlement / subscription status). We do not receive your full payment card details.

Apple and Google process purchase data under their own privacy policies.

c) Device and technical information

The App may use standard device capabilities needed to run (for example local storage, haptics, and widget updates). We do not use third-party advertising trackers in the App.
